Article 6 (How to Delete Your Account and Personal Information)

  1. Members can delete their account at any time from within the Service. The steps are the same in the app and on the website.
    • Sign in and open My Room.
    • In the Account panel, tap Delete account.
    • Read the notice about what is deleted and what is kept, enter your password, then tap Delete my account. Deletion takes effect immediately.
